For conference & event organisers

Ditch the stamp card.
Skip the app store.

Conference Passport turns booth-to-booth engagement into a browser-based digital passport. Attendees validate with a phone number or email: no app, no password, no per-attendee licence fee eating your budget.

DAY 1
Point at a station code

Stations

On the live app the camera does this. Here, tap a station to simulate a scan.

The problem

The stamp card is dead. So is the $10k event app.

Most events are still stuck between two bad options.

Paper stamp cards

  • Easy to fake, easy to lose
  • Someone has to physically staff the desk
  • Zero data on who actually showed up where
  • Looks cheap on a stage full of sponsors

Bloated event apps

  • Per-attendee licence fees that punish good turnout
  • A forced app-store download for a two-day event
  • Login walls that kill participation right at the door
  • Weeks of vendor setup for "walk here, get a stamp"

The comparison

Same job, three very different price tags on your team's time

Paper passport Typical event app Conference Passport
Setup time Print & staff a desk Weeks of vendor onboarding Minutes, in your browser
Cost model Cheap, but no data Per-attendee licence fees One flat price per event
Attendee friction None, but easy to fake App download + account + password Phone number or email, that's it
Live data None Sometimes, if IT configured it Real-time, every scan
Prize draw Manual, by hand Bolted-on add-on Built in, one click

How it works

Set it up once. It runs itself all event.

Four steps, no IT ticket required.

01

Validate

Attendee opens your link and enters a phone number or email. No app, no password.

02

Tap or scan

At each station, they tap an NFC tag or scan a QR code, whichever suits the spot.

03

Stamp

Their digital passport fills with a branded stamp for that station, live, in real time.

04

Draw

Finish the passport, get entered. You run the prize draw from one simple screen.

What you get

Everything the app-store apps make you pay per seat for

Custom destinations

Set up as many stations as your floor plan needs, each with its own name and location.

QR or NFC, your call

Every station gets a unique code to scan or tap. Print it, stick it, done.

Branded stamps

Design a stamp per station or per sponsor, so the passport feels like your event, not ours.

Live dashboard

Watch stamps land in real time across every station, all day.

One-click prize draw

When the event ends, draw a winner from completed passports on the spot.

Zero install

Runs in any phone's browser. Nothing to download, nothing to push through IT.

For your sponsors

Give sponsors a reason to renew

Booth traffic is the hardest thing to guarantee in a sponsorship deal. Conference Passport turns "stop by our stand" into a built-in incentive, and hands you the numbers to prove it worked.

Why organisers are switching

Built for the person who owns the stamp-card problem

01

No attendee accounts to manage. Nothing for your team to reset a password on mid-event.

02

No per-seat licence that punishes you the moment turnout beats expectations.

03

Set up by the same team running the event, not a vendor's onboarding queue.

We're pre-launch and building this with organisers, not just for them. Early access shapes what actually ships.

Pricing

One flat price per event. Not per attendee.

No licence fee that scales against you for a bigger turnout. Early access opens up pricing first.

Questions

Before you ask

Do attendees need to download an app?

No. It runs in any phone's browser: no app-store download, no account to create, no IT approval to chase before your event.

How do attendees validate without a password?

They enter a phone number or email and confirm it. No password to set, forget, or reset mid-event.

Do we have to pick QR codes or NFC tags?

No, every station gets a unique code that works as either. Use whichever suits that spot: NFC for a tap-and-go station, QR for a printed sign or lanyard.

Can we brand it for our event?

Yes. Your event name, and a stamp design per station or per sponsor, so the passport feels like your event rather than a generic template.

How long does setup take?

Minutes, not weeks. Set up your stations in your browser, no vendor onboarding queue to wait on before you can start.

Who supplies the prize, and how does the draw work?

You choose and supply the prize. We handle the passport-completion tracking and the one-click draw from your admin screen.

What does it cost?

One flat price per event, not a per-attendee licence fee. Full pricing opens up with early access. Join the waitlist to be first to see it.

Who owns the attendee and visit data?

You do. It's your event's data. The point of the live dashboard is putting it in your hands, not locking it inside a vendor's platform.
